• If you fail to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes after the scheduled time without contacting us, you will be considered absent. No refund will be provided.

• Please provide your hotel name and address in advance so we can review and confirm your pickup arrangements.

• The sightseeing order may change depending on traffic conditions.

• There are only a limited number of restrooms available throughout the tour, and they may not be very clean. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please bring your own toilet paper.

• Children under 2 years old are free, but this excludes meals, the traditional herbal tea making experience, the lantern making experience.

• Meals are served family-style on shared platters. Guests may be seated and dine together with other participants.

• Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.

Vehicles are not allowed in Hoi An Old Town after 5 PM, so you will be transported by electric buggy round-trip from the pick-up point to Hoi An Old Town.

During peak season or if there is traffic congestion during the day and you have to wait a long time for an electric buggy, we will provide a taxi at our expense.

In the rare case that a taxi is unavailable, you may be transported on foot (approximately 20-30 minutes). Please note this in advance.
