When making a reservation, please be sure to understand all of the following points before submitting your application.


Regarding fees

  • The prices listed are in US dollars (US$) and include tax. Please note that the actual amount charged may differ depending on your country of residence's currency.
  • The prices displayed on this website are subject to change without notice.

 

About payment

  • Payment will be processed using the credit card information you provide during registration.
  • Products purchased from our company are priced in US dollars (US$) or Vietnamese dong (VND ₫), but at the time of payment, you are subject to the terms and conditions set by your credit card company or payment processing company. If you change or cancel your purchase, a difference in price may occur due to the exchange rate on the conversion date.
  • Please be aware that we cannot accept any responsibility for exchange rates or exchange rate risks.

 

Regarding the meeting place and time

  • Please be sure to check the meeting place and time after your reservation is complete.
  • The meeting time for each booking is also the departure time. If you do not arrive at the meeting place by the designated time, your participation will be considered cancelled and your rights forfeited. No refunds or changes to the itinerary will be given.

 

Travel product details and operation information

  • Each product is not necessarily organized by HIS. Some products may be organized by other companies or local travel agencies.
  • The photos displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only.
  • The duration and scheduled departure/arrival times may change due to traffic conditions or other factors.


About local staff

  • There will be no staff present during your free time as indicated in the itinerary, or while you are staying at the hotel.
  • Due to restrictions on the areas accessible to local staff at airports and other locations, all immigration and customs procedures must be handled by the passenger themselves. Furthermore, connecting flights and boarding procedures may also need to be handled by the passenger themselves. Please note that, in principle, we assume no contractual responsibility for any problems related to immigration and customs procedures.
  • For tours that include airport transfers, the guide will meet you holding a sign or wearing a shirt with our company logo, so please be careful not to be accompanied by anyone who does not fit this description.
  • Our on-site staff may be assisting customers on multiple tours simultaneously.

 

About heating and cooling

  • Depending on the local customs, hotels, trains, buses, restaurants, etc., may not have air conditioning or heating.
  • Depending on the area, the air conditioning may be quite strong. We recommend bringing a cardigan or other light jacket.

 

About lost items

  • We are not responsible for any loss or forgetting of luggage due to customer negligence. Since many customers have been leaving items behind, please be careful not to leave anything behind when departing from the hotel or participating in optional tours. We charge a fee for communication and retrieval costs incurred when searching for, retrieving, and shipping lost items. Please note that the fee for searching for lost items will be charged regardless of whether the item is found, retrieved, or shipped. Furthermore, please be aware that shipping costs, packaging fees, insurance, and customs duties incurred when sending searched items or sending items to your home will be the customer's responsibility.

 

Regarding the environmental conditions of the travel destination

  • Depending on the country (or region), towels in your room may not be changed daily to prevent water pollution from detergents. If you would like your towels changed, you will need to indicate this by placing them in the bathtub or dropping them on the floor.
  • Please be aware that your travel destination may have environmental manners and laws that respect natural and cultural heritage sites, and that littering may result in fines. We kindly ask that you check the local environmental conditions in advance.

 

About personal information

  • We will use the personal information (name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.) provided on the application form submitted when you apply for a trip to contact you, and to the extent necessary to arrange services provided by transportation and accommodation providers for the trip you have applied for, and to process the procedures for receiving those services.


Travel insurance

  • We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself from illness, accidents, theft, and other issues that may occur during your trip.


Cancellation and Change Policy

Information on cancellation fees for reservations:

  • Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable in the event of reservation cancellation.
  • Please note that some reservations may have different regulations. Please check the details of each reservation
  • If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the branch where you made your reservation during their business hours.


Disclaimer

  • Each travel product on this website is operated under a contract governed by the local laws of the organizing company. Therefore, please be aware that Vietnamese travel agency laws, travel agency terms and conditions, and other laws and regulations do not apply, and we cannot assume any responsibility for travel compensation or special compensation.
  • During your trip, we will not be held liable for any changes to your itinerary, damages, theft, fraud, assault, illness, injury, or any other accidents beyond the control of the travel agency, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, unforeseen accidents, government and public orders, political changes, strikes, riots, wars, epidemic quarantines, customs regulations, or other force majeure events. We also cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from actions taken by the customer that violate laws or public order and morals.
  • We cannot accept any responsibility for changes to your itinerary caused by schedule changes, delays, unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or route changes of aircraft, ships, or other means of transportation.
  • Tour locations and dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as facility closures, public holidays, weather, traffic conditions, repair work, or strikes. This may also affect sightseeing and free time.
  • During the tour, please be sure to keep a close eye on your valuables and cash. We cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or theft of valuables or cash.
