        Important Information:

        • Wheelchair accessible: Please let us know in advance if you will be using a wheelchair so we can assist you better.
        • Pets are not allowed.
        • With the Loa Loa show: Children under 10 years old are not permitted to attend. Children aged 10–16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above at all times.
        • Loa Loa show: The performance is presented in Vietnamese, with English translations displayed on screen. The main purpose of the show is to introduce the local food and cultural performances.
        • Without the Loa Loa show: Children under 10 years old are welcome. Infants aged 0–1 year old are free of charge, sit on a parent's lap and do not include a meal.
        • No-show policy: Guests who do not arrive at the meeting point within 10 minutes of the scheduled departure time and do not notify us in advance will be considered a no-show. No refund will be provided in this case.
        • Hotel pickup: Please provide your hotel name and address in advance so we can confirm your pickup arrangements. Free pickup is available only within District 1. Due to local traffic or access restrictions, some guests may be asked to meet at a designated alternative pickup point.
