        • Hotel pickup service is available only Hoàn Kiếm area & Hà Nội Center. Even if your hotel is located in Hà Nội Center, an alternative pickup location may be assigned depending on vehicle allocation, traffic conditions (such as one-way streets), and local vehicle access restrictions.
