Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to attend. Children aged 12 to 16 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above.
Performances are presented in Vietnamese, with English translations displayed on screen - the main purpose is to introduce the food. English-speaking staff are available to assist throughout the experience.
Guests who fail to arrive at the meeting point within 10 minutes of the scheduled departure time and do not notify us in advance will be considered a no-show. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
Hotel pickup service is available only within District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Even if your hotel is located in District 1, an alternative pickup location may be assigned depending on vehicle allocation, traffic conditions (such as one-way streets), and local vehicle access restrictions.
Please provide your hotel name and address in advance so we can review and confirm your pickup arrangements. Guests may be required to make their own way to the designated meeting point if necessary.
