        - Guests who fail to arrive at the meeting point within 10 minutes of the scheduled departure time and do not notify us in advance will be considered a no-show. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

        - Please provide your hotel name and address in advance to confirm pickup arrangements. Hotel pickup is available in Hoan Kiem and central Hanoi, but an alternative meeting point may be assigned depending on traffic, vehicle access, and local restrictions.

        - Infants aged 0–1 travel free of charge (meals not included).
